The success of H&H Cologne

We were finally allowed again! Last weekend, B&B Fabrics was present at H&H Cologne again after three years. H&H Cologne is a trade fair for the ‘Handmade Business’. At this fair, everything revolves around creativity, trends in the handicraft industry, and the most beautiful and fun materials.
COMPLETE CONCEPT
Before the pandemic, H&H had become an important trade fair for the industry. Its success was due to the complete concept. Retailers with one or more creative (web) shops can find everything they need for an extensive product range at this trade fair, from fabrics and wool to yarn and buttons. The concept is unique in Europe, which is why the trade fair attracts more and more international exhibitors and visitors. In 2019, the trade fair hosted a record number of visitors and registered a high order intake among exhibitors.
QUALITY
Now that the trade fair was finally allowed to go ahead again, expectations about the amount of visitors were not that high. Nevertheless, we can all look back on a successful weekend! Even though the aisles were not that crowded, the amount of visitors at our stand was very good. The quality of the visitors was high and it was also noticeable that the diversity in nationalities was very high. We were able to welcome customers from all European countries which certainly gave us a positive vibe! 
SUMMER MEET & GREET
For us, it was the perfect time to launch our new Summer Collection 2022. This collection full of summery and decorative fabrics was popular and brought an enjoyable vibe to the stand! The theme was ‘Summer Meet & Greet’, and our latest Citrus Fruit design backdrop definitely increased the summer feeling. It was very nice to meet customers again in real life and to exchange experiences.
HEIMTEXTIL FRANKFURT 2022
The fact that so many international and large companies were able to find their way to the trade fair gives us great hope for the future. It shows how important trade fairs continue to be for the industry, and that personal contact is still an added value for our business relations. We are therefore looking forward to the next trade fair, Heimtextil Frankfurt 2022, which will take place in summer (21-24 June 2022). Stay tuned for more information!
